Our keyboards are proudly manufactured in the United States. We mill the cases from 6061 aluminum using precision CNC machines. Other case materials can be sourced upon request.
After milling, the cases are sandblasted to remove any marks. We currently offer in-house powder coating in various colors for a durable finish. Anodizing options will be available soon.
The PCBs are presently sourced from China, but we're working towards producing them in-house in the future.
Each keyboard is hand-assembled and tested to ensure optimal performance before it reaches you.
Every keyboard is made to order. As a small business with a dedicated team, our typical lead time is up to 2 weeks. This allows us to give each keyboard the attention it deserves.
If you're interested in a different color that's not offered, or keycaps that we don't currently have in stock, please contact us before placing an order. We thoroughly inspect each keyboard case for quality. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, minor imperfections may occasionally slip by. If you notice any issues with your keyboard, please let us know, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Currently, all our keyboards are shipped with a XIAO RP2040 microcontroller, which serves as the "brains" of the keyboard. This powerful microcontroller enables responsive performance and extensive customization options.
On the firmware side, our keyboards utilize QMK firmware, a popular open-source firmware that allows for deep customization of keymaps and functionality. We are also developing our own custom firmware to provide an even better user experience in the future.

Shipping, Returns, and Warranty
We currently ship to the United States only. We're working towards expanding our shipping to other countries in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates about international shipping. All orders are shipped using trusted carriers, and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we may accept returns in exchange for store credit on a case-by-case basis. If you're experiencing an issue with your keyboard, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.
We offer free repairs for any defects or issues within the first 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping the keyboard to us, but we cover the shipping cost back to you. After 30 days, repairs may incur a fee depending on the nature of the issue.
